chore(ios): 添加 ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption 配置项

为满足 App Store 对加密导出合规性的要求，在 Info.plist 中添加 ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption 键并设置为 false，声明应用使用的加密不涉及豁免条款。
