chore(android): 升级杰理SDK以满足Google Play 16KB页面对齐要求

- gradle.properties 添加 android.max.page.size=16384
- jl_bt_ota 1.9.2 → 1.11.0
- jl_audio_decode 2.0.0 → 2.1.0（官方推荐20012构建）
- 清理旧版AAR文件
