chore: 清理误提交的 windows/linux/macos 平台脚手架

a31c73613 同步代码把 da6c20c4e 删除过的 windows/linux flutter ephemeral .plugin_symlinks 又加回了仓库。这些是指向本机 ~/.pub-cache 的符号链接，不应入库。补全 .gitignore 防止再次发生。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
