feat(设置): 添加调试信息显示功能和设备信息获取

- 在VersionUpdateService中添加国家地区编码、语言编码和服务器地址的获取
- 在SettingsController中实现隐藏点击功能，可显示调试信息
- 在设置页面添加调试信息展示区域，显示应用版本和设备信息
