废弃 ota plugin，OTA 升级全部走 device_jieli
- ota plugin 用的是 JL_OTALib v1.0 旧版静态库，跟 device_jieli 引入的
v2.4.1 xcframework ABI 不兼容，且 framework 同名导致 CocoaPods 在
build phase 双拷贝 → "Multiple commands produce" 错误
- 把 lib/modules/ota_upgrade/controllers/ota_upgrade_controller.dart
迁到 device_jieli 的 OTA API（otaStart/otaCancel + OtaStateEvent /
OtaErrorEvent），事件 schema 重新映射到 OtaCoreService 状态码
- pubspec.yaml 移除 ota 依赖，整个 local_plugins/ota/ 目录将在下一个
commit 删除
- device_jieli.podspec 重新加回 JL_OTALib / JL_AdvParse / JL_HashPair /
JLLogHelper（之前为避免与 ota plugin 冲突而删了 vendor，现在 ota 废
弃后由 device_jieli 独家提供，与 ble_service 提供的 JLAudioUnitKit
共存且不冲突）
- device_plugin_interface.podspec 修掉空 LICENSE 引用警告

修复 Multiple commands produce 错误
device_jieli.podspec 原本 vendor 了 7 个 xcframework，但其中 5 个跟其他
本地 plugin 重复（CocoaPods 不会自动去重）：
- JL_OTALib / JL_AdvParse / JL_HashPair / JLLogHelper —— ota plugin 已有
- JLAudioUnitKit —— ble_service plugin 的 SPM binary target 已有
只保留 device_jieli 独家依赖：JL_BLEKit + JLAV2Lib。删除 Frameworks/ 内
重复的 xcframework 副本以避免误用。

包含 JL_BLEKit / JL_OTALib / JL_AdvParse / JL_HashPair / JLLogHelper /
JLAudioUnitKit / JLAV2Lib —— 与 Android 端 .aar 同样直接随仓库分发。

上传jieli sdk的iOS适配代码
完整复刻 Android 端架构，接通三大业务模块：
- 通话翻译（mono + stereo，含立体声自动升级）
- AI 助理（MODE_ONLY_RECORD + recordtype=byDevice 始终录音）
- 会议记录的通话录音（MODE_CALL_TRANSLATION 双声道）
MethodChannel / EventChannel schema 与 Android 完全一致，Dart 层无需改动。
