Membership Service Agreement

Welcome to the membership services provided by EAIMAR (the "App"). Before purchasing, subscribing to, or using any membership service, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement, in particular the clauses regarding fees, automatic renewal, refunds, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution. By tapping Agree, completing payment, or otherwise accepting the membership service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not purchase or use the membership service.

1. Definitions

  1. Operator means Shenzhen Yimai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., the developer and operator of the App and the membership services.
  2. Membership service means the paid member benefits provided by the Operator, including without limitation higher quotas, exclusive features, and priority support, as shown on the purchase page, the order, and the in-app description.
  3. User means a natural person, or an entity duly authorized, who registers for and uses the App and purchases a membership service.

2. Service

The specific content, term, and scope of the membership service are as displayed in the App, confirmed in the order, and described in the then-effective notices. The Operator may optimize, adjust, or discontinue certain benefits based on business plans, compliance requirements, or technical conditions, and will notify you by in-app notice, dialog, or another reasonable method. If a change materially and adversely affects benefits you have already paid for, the Operator will, to the extent permitted by law, provide a reasonable remedy or alternative.

3. Fees and payment

  1. The membership service is a paid service. The price shown on the purchase page applies and may vary by promotion, region, or channel.
  2. If you pay through a third-party channel (such as the App Store, WeChat, or Alipay), you must also follow that channel's rules.
  3. If a membership includes automatic renewal, we will show the renewal amount and period before renewal, as required by the platform or by law. You may turn off automatic renewal in the relevant platform or by following the in-app instructions. Benefits for the current paid period remain available after you turn it off, and no further charge will be made after that period ends.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the membership service lawfully and in good faith. You must not use it to break the law, infringe the rights of others, compromise system security, or interfere with other users. The Operator may restrict features, suspend the service, or end membership for a violation of this Agreement or the related rules.

5. Refunds and termination

  1. Once a digital service is activated, it is generally non-refundable except as required by law, by an app store policy, or as otherwise promised by the Operator. If a charge results from a system fault, a duplicate charge, or another cause that is not your fault, contact support and we will verify it.
  2. Fees already paid will not be refunded if your account or the service is restricted or terminated because you violated this Agreement or the related rules.
  3. After the membership expires or ends, you will no longer receive member benefits. Retention of membership-related data follows the App's Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The membership service depends on networks, devices, and third-party services. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but is not liable for interruption or data loss caused by force majeure, network failure, a third party, or any other cause outside the Operator's reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability for the membership service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant order.

7. Changes

The Operator may revise this Agreement as laws change or as the service requires. Revisions will be notified by in-app notice or another appropriate method. Continued use of the membership service means you accept the revised Agreement. If you do not accept it, stop using the service and, where the rules allow, turn off automatic renewal.

8. Governing law and disputes

The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising out of this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a people's court with jurisdiction at the defendant's domicile.
